RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE:
Subject to the Return Restrictions set forth below, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product you receive from Essentia Health - Medical Equip[ment & Supplies, you may call us for shipping instructions to return it for full credit within 45 days of the order. We will also credit your original freight charges if returned within 45 days. However, the return of custom and made-to-order products is subject to the prior approval and returned goods policy of the manufacturer. Before returning any product, you must contact our Purchasing Department at 1-800-777-8390 for confirmation and shipping instructions. If you fail to do so, we are not required to issue you a credit or refund. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Products not returned within 45 days of receipt will be subject to restocking charges.
The following items may not be returned:
- any item that has obvious signs of use;
- any opened single use or hygiene item; or
- any item not returned in the condition it was received.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Contact Us link to request an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and include an order form identifying the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded your original purchase price, or your payment will be applied to the new order once we receive the item that is being returned. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our office.
